Dhunichak Mosque

The mosque will be seen on the side of a dighi at the place called Pirojpur in Shibganj upazila of Chapainawabganj district. The mosque still tells its past beauty today. It is rectangular. There are 3 domes in it. There are three mihrabs on the west wall of the mosque. The mihrabs were ornamented with stoneware ornaments. Various designs can be seen in the mosque. To emter into the mosque there are 3 entrances on the eastern wall and two entrances on the north and south walls. The religious building had 4 octagonal towers in 4 corners. The mosque is estimated to be built in the fifteenth century. The interior building techniques of the mosque will fascinate you.
